Deliveries are available Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am - 5 pm. Please specify your preferred delivery date and time in the "Additional Notes" section at checkout. The NBNKC team will contact you to confirm these details.

Holiday Deadlines:

  • Order by December 15th for Christmas delivery.
  • Last deliveries will be made on December 20th.

Special Requests:
If you need a delivery outside of the listed days and times, please include this in your notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and additional fees may apply.

Delivery Information:

  • Delivery Radius: We deliver within a 25-mile radius of NBN Headquarters, Birmingham, AL.
  • Delivery Areas: Currently, we do not deliver to residential locations. Please double-check that the delivery name, address, and any landmarks are correct in the special instructions section. We reserve the right reschdual delivery.
  • Delivery Window: Allow a 1-hour delivery window for your order arrival.

Your gift will be delivered by Fairy Good Shoppers, a Birmingham-based service, adding a magical touch to every delivery!
